This 100% Polyester fabric has been finely pleated and is measured by the stretched yard (you only lose 5 inches in a yard, so it is not that full of a pleat). Soft ivory color that can be dyed with a synthetic dye. The fabric has a matte finish, rather than shiny. Perfect for skirts, tops and dresses if there is a waist seam. Pleat is best run with stripes up and down or diagonally.
