100% Cotton from Japan in a tropical palm frond design. Background is a light heathery blue. Soft drape, washable, cool, comfortable, tight weave that makes this fabric excellent for skirts, tops, dresses and gathered pants.  Japanese cottons are known for being some of the best quality cottons. This cotton is so soft it feels like silk.
