Washable 100% Cotton Velvet from J de Ball in dark teal blue with pink line drawings of hearts, 5 petal flowers and squiggle boxes. Excellent for overalls, skirts, pants, dresses, jackets, duvet covers, curtains, blankets, pillows and lots more options. Has some body, but isn't stiff and the cotton pile gives it a soft feel. Color is difficult to capture because it is velvet.
