Today Marks the Beginning of Inspiration

Do you ever feel like you have all these ideas and you don't know where to begin? Start with an amazing fabric and let the drape tell you what to make. Sometimes it's a color or texture that makes a fabric stand out. Sometimes rooting through old patterns you haven't gotten to use yet will inspire you. I like to attach a fabric sample to my pattern so I remember what I wanted to make. Store the fabric, pattern, thread, buttons and other sewing notions for each project in a big clear bag and you will have a project to start at any time of day!
